"Run your insurance through other agency every once in a while. I was with State farm (Ray Scott's office) for 7 years, during which time my insurance more than doubled. They told me it's the inflation. But I double checked with allstate who cut my premium by half, same coverage. I regretted that I trusted state farm. It also took almost five month and three separate phone calls to finally got my refund check. They issued me a check that's dated 7/5/2024 on 11/18/2024. Ridiculous service."
